It is the outline of an angel with a trumpet, but the inside of the wings and skirt were made of swirls, welded together.
I had to cut the top of the angel away from the sides of the skirt to get this to look right. I couldn't figure out how to fix it in inkscape, so just use your scissors. It is very delicate to get off the paper. I might try it again with larger swirls. I did "simplify" so it really doesn't take long to cut.
