I was inspired by a picture frame we saw at a local theme park last week, to make this fairy picture frame for you. My daughter wanted one, so I thought maybe yours would too!
I arranged things so they are color separated, but I have the large 24x12 mat, so I take full advantage of that. If you have a smaller mat, you will want to separate the parts and cut them separately. I made mine so that a 4 x 6" print would fit inside. When I imported the svg file into SCAL, I set library size to 10 inches. That gave me an 8x10 inch frame with the 4x6" opening. I used some gold card stock I had for the fairy skin tones. It adds a bit of sparkly. I forgot her hair is usually RED, i made mine yellow.
