I made this valentine book mark today, just to test out this "Stained glass" effect.
I just used some acetate from the outside of a package of paper to cover the cricut cutout and make the window.
I used a glue stick to attach my "stained glass outline" to a piece of acetate.
Use permanent markers to color your glass in the window.
Use glue stick to attach second piece of acetate. Place stained glass window in window on bookmark. Place second bookmark on top of first. Add a nice string or cord through the hole.
You could do this with someone's name in the window or going down the bookmark where the hearts are. Just use a "Stencil" type font.
I made the window black background by unioning together a bunch of valentine images within a square outline.
