Hello World!


While doing some research on the web came across this website on my favorites links:

That remind me of my ex work colleagues… there was a trainee from Amsterdam which was in internship for 4 months and guess what he wanted to learn first … our Creole swear words …when I heard him one day swearing well I just could not kept laughing ….



For many days, we kept joking about that, we even printed it and one of them said it was his bible and that we should email it to clients LOL

Just to sum up....to swear is human and think that whenever we are the biggest CEO am sure everyone does swear daily....


I find it intriguing that swearing words are forming part of our daily conversation... from the pop songs to cartoons we are surrounded with swears words....



So what the big deal if we swear...

Am not implying that we need to have a swear generation but its a kinda inevitable that even we don’t teach our kids to swear, the environment itself is not swear proof...



So keep swearing but moderately

Harassment over the telephone

Hello World!

Did you ever encounter a crazy person over the telephone?

Well it happened to me recently…

It was a night around 23.00… I was working on the PC when my mobile phone started ringing…

When checking the caller ID saw it was an unknown number… I took the call as have a friend who is always phoning from different numbers…

It was a girl…

She said hello and then told me to stop harassing Ash as whenever she calls him, his line is busy and that a girl Sanjana keeps on calling him day and night…

I told her that she has dialed the wrong number and that wasnt Sanjana…

But she was adamant cos it was the number his fiancé gave her…

I told her again that didn’t know any Ash and hang up…

After a few minutes, I received a sms from her… she asked me if I met her fiancé on a chartroom and that she is fed up with him and her life… 0_o

I replied her sms so that she leaves me in peace and repeat again that I don’t know about her fiancé etc ( I even told her that I have a BF)…

But she just believe blindly her fiancé …she couldn’t seem to think that maybe am right and her fiancé just give her a number so that he is relieved of her …

But she won’t understand and keeps asking where I got his number…how I know him….I just feel like @#%$&!!!!

Imagine my state of mind it was nearly midnight ….I wonder if she’s behaving like this with me…what kind of hell her fiancé must be living…

It was quite clear to me that her fiancé was cheating on her…I felt somehow sorry for her but I wanted her to stop harassing me…

I told her that have to wake up early as I have to go to work tomorrow…she told me that she would telephone me tomorrow…

The next day at 07.00am she telephoned me… I didn’t take her call…gosh it was unbelievable to disturb people early like this esp when you are not even closed to them…

She then sent me a sms:


Gudmrng dr. y u was not received my cal.zat mean u r guilty. U knw ash my fiancer wel. N u had cal him every2. Nw am fed up of my life. Have only 1way 4me2suicide zat al. cos u did nt tel me d truth. Ash n u ll responsible 4zat. B4 die I must rite a letter. Put ur number n my fiancer num. n d cos also ok dr only 12 hrs give u 2 reveal d thruth ok.


Have quoted her sms with the spelling mistakes not to mock her but to show what kind of person she is…

I just lost my patience when reading her message…was not only being threatened but was also being given an ultimatum…

I replied her and told her that was going to report her to the police before her suicide and that there was an act in the Mauritian law about damaging people’s image and to tell this to her Ash…

She then told me that she was going to check her fiancé mobile to see if I had really called him…

In the meanwhile was not reassured about her suicidal threat knowing she was somehow a bit crazy… so I contacted my BF and asked him to phone that girl but his credit was over…

So I turned to my sis bf… don’t know what he tell her but the girl hasn’t sms or phone me again…and she even switched off her mobile…

Morale of the story:

• Don’t know any Ash (why should I steep so low to harass another guy when already have a BF)
• My name is not even Sanjana
• Unbelievable that anyone can harass you on the mobile and point out such accusation on you when you are innocent
• Really afraid now to answer unknown number
• Should I change my number in case she starts again?

Happy Thursday

 

Hello World!

Today had exams …well now a big OUF cos parts of my stress and worries have been relieved…fewer burdens on my shoulders: p



So kinda on holidays and now resume the dissertation pause…



So what were the good and kinda bad things of today…

With Gaia, the good news always comefirst LOL then we will dive into the morose parts…

• Les Good of Today:

My little sister has passed her exams



Exam over…even hasn’t been really serious kinda floating on a bubble now….LOL

Was at uni today and met my pals…our main motto when it comes to exam is never to revise or discuss anything about the subjects…so to kill out stress…we will always be joking and gossiping and trust me it really help you to relax and concentrate later…



So the little palabre of today was about :

The little trip of one my friend to Rodrigues for her work…am so proud of her cos she has planned and organized the whole tip and planning herself and it was a big success big clap for u Cxxx…:p and thanks for the little souvenir so nice of you :p



And the reflection of the day:

About the end of the world…we were thinking what the use of doing a Bsc or masters or studying if we had to die soon…and we imagined if there was a big tsunami we would be saving our degree certificate using it as our bouet de sauvetage LOL….or to take a loan as we won’t be refunding it afterwards:p



And the little palabres about work and everything…..

• Intermission – a few classmates joined us and began to discuss about dissertation and the points for a project…my morale just drill down tremendously



The big joke of the day and the mega LOL:

After exam, a classmate asked me what does RSS means (part of the paper)? I told him the full abbreviation, he told me he thought it was Republique Sovietique like the ex USSR I just burst into a mega LOL when all of us cam to know about this all of us just LOL…

Then there was the ice-cream pause around the big tree near cafeteria when my friends and I were recalling some of the funniest moments of our assignment for instance when my TV interview assignment was completely ruined I was the joker of the class :p



Home:

I received a letter from my friend just cool…



Am writing my Xmas cards for my college friends…our traditional since we were at college…talking about Xmas I just this festive season…don’t know about you but think it’s a magical moment where everyone is in a happy mood thinking about her/his wish list or what going to buy for others….I mean we are somehow kids at heart: p going to be shopping over shopping + bank account overdraft LOL



• Les bad of today:

Today is the last day of uni have to meet wait for next year now to meet my pals

My cousin who recently got married, got into a fight with one of our neighbors here…today he bought a new car and that neighbor intentionally when passing near his car, broke his Car Mirror so no need to stress of what happen afterwards…just hope people don’t have such bad neighbors…

Les good et bad times of today

Hello World!

Today is Wednesday and uni day....so have some bad and good times....

Usually people prefer the bad news first but exceptionally i will tell abot the good ones

Good ones:

• Had a nice lecture from someone very popular in the Mauritian blogosphere on the technological convergence where I learned many things on digital divide and technology



• The usual Wednesday jokes of Wednesday with friends and little gossips LOL – the best was when my pal thought D.E.L.I.C.I.O.U.S was a receipt website LOL couldn’t help teasing her

v/s



• The ice cream break we had after lecture...it was a nice time where my pals didn’t like the ice cream(unfortunately didn't look as good as in the picture) even they were craving for one LOL and I who don’t know how to eat one properly :- p and even made my pal ran away LOL



• Today was the last day of lecture

Mid good and bad times:

Well one of my classmates tagged a friend (who is married) in some kind of explicit kind of photo LOL (I find it funny) on facebook and her hubby didn’t like it at all and they got a big fight

• Good- my pal told me why I ‘like’ the photo and kinda joked on it of not having being tagged LOL
• Bad – how tagging you on any photos on any social network or platforms can cause you trouble as she could not remove the tag...and how facebook can sometimes create conflict in a relationship or marriage...



Bad times:

• Have exams on the very 10 December



• Have to submit my introduction, literature review and a draft of my survey by this month (1 week and 2 days )



• Lot of revision to do



• While waiting for my supervisor, I met another girl & we started to chat and she told me her dissertation wasn’t approved by this very supervisor and that it was tough to work with the latter as the supervisor could not give the authorisation for you to submit it...so talking about motivation, it was the final straw am just totally demotivated and damn stress



The last ones:

I really hate really really hate when the ‘controlleur bus’ brushed their damn legs against you or when returning you money or the damn ticket kinda brush your hand palm...dont know if you experience but there is such person in the st pierre bus and saw that....i just wanted to scream and hit him...the !@%#%@!!

Whatever he just enter my personal space....(that remind me of my lecture on Proxemics)



Talking about bus, I really hate when guys sitting and spreading their legs as if (no comment) and you just get a very tiny space to sit....sometimes when the bus crowded and there is no single apart the spreading leg guy you just have to control you anger at this bad luck and sit there till you get another seat....

Les coups de gueule et les fous rires d’aujourd’hui

Hello World !
There are days when it’s better to remain in bed or you get out of it LOL
Well today i.e. Wednesday is the only day when I usually grace my presence on the UOM campus as it’s the only day I had lecture for this semester and meet my dissertation supervisor (which is becoming very rare am seeing some kind of storm coming LOL)
So today have both ‘des coups de guele’ and ‘des fous rires’
Coups de gueule :




First thing, my sister started to yell at me ordering me to go to buy a damn black slim jean before I went to lecture…today I needed to go earlier cos have to some printing and she didn’t understand that her jean was the main priority….I just wanted to yell is TAKEN FOR GRANTED WRITTEN ON MY FOREHEAD…but being a pacifist person, I canalized all the negative karma and I decided to leave all the documents at a printing outlet near my place told the guy will fetch them in the afternoon and I rushed to buy that damn jean…sometimes she just got on my nerves that sis of mine

During lecture pause, some were just telling me SHHH

whenever I was trying to explain a concept to my friend I was wanted to reply back

Today the class ended earlier so I rushed on the bus stop…. I waited under that burning hot sun for more than one hour for the Vacoas bus to come (a very rare bus) and when it finally came into view no need to tell you there was the a crowd rush and a girl was obstructing my way she was walking as if she was on a catwalk (both sides were crowded)

and due to her, I got to stand and she got a damn seat…those are the days I wish I had a car or I lived at Port Louis where there are always so many buses and no rush….

But there always some good things that happen to me…Wednesday is also the day when I meet my friends who kinda like me…as you would have noticed I always put many LOL and happy smiley well cos in real life am always laughing and smiling and I don’t like seriousness and my friends are kinda like me always fooling around and laughing….
First Fou rire –

when a classmate was looking for a concept which was widget but thinking aloud he said we could find it at KFC I was amazed and was thinking what that damn concept we used on web platform when he said NUGGETS

Trust me I just burst laughing and kept nagging him with that asking him to show me how to plug a ‘nugget’ on a website LOL

2^nd one – when Ari one of my classmate told me about her dreamland which she will named ARILAND(land to pronounce in French LOL)
Well Ariland will be a small island where the national color will be the pink attitude
