I simplified and color separated the image shown. Skin tones are obvious. Hair color is your choice. Clouds should mostly be white. wing background could be white. The details will come out whatever dark color you do the background in. That color will show through on the face and between limbs, so you might stick to black.
I'll probably cut one tomorrow.
