Originally I cut the picture out of blue, hoping to overlay the cut on white paper. That resulted in a lot of pieces to glue, so I cut it out of white, and just glued the pieces onto dark blue paper, cut to 8x8 inches. This worked better.
I used the 8x8 frame I bought at Dollar Tree to make a nice finished product.
