Some of these files were created from the French Craftrobo site, call scrapmag. I found photos of their gsd files, and they were of enough detail, to create a svg file by doing a bit trace in inkscape.

The frames were created from various borders I had on my computer. I had a little trouble with the paper not sticking on some, but they should cut okay on a freshly sprayed or cleaned mat.
